Wellness Resources
Welcome to my space for health and self-healing.
Here, I share practices and remedies I’ve discovered through my trial and error, and the ups and downs from my own health and self-healing journey.
There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to health, but maybe something here will resonate with you, inspire you to try something new, or support you in some way.
I come back to these practices often. Some have simply become part of my life, and embodied in how I live. And I hope you discover meaningful support here, and a motivation for your wellbeing.
Feel free to check back often for new practices and guidance.
— Stay Well & Enjoy These Resources…
If you ever feel like your life revolves around to-do lists - one thing after another -this resource may be for you. It comes from lessons I learned during my own burnouts and times of restlessness, when I realised that my hyper productivity with getting things done was draining my joy and making me forget how to simply be. So this could be your invitation to slow down, loosen your grip, and find your own rhythm again. I share practices that have helped me restore balance and trust life’s flow.
In this resource, I wanted to share my reflection on how we’re not only deeply connected to nature — we are nature. And with that, how beautifully aligned we are with its elements. When we reconnect with nature, we reconnect with ourselves — our rhythms, our energy, and our deeper sense of being.
In this resource, I share my practices and insights I’ve learned for releasing what no longer served me - physically and emotionally - so I could welcome healing and growth. This is my invitation to you to embrace change gracefully through intentional release, and to create space to plant new seeds — whether for positive change in your life, or for new projects, goals, or even relationships.
You’ll find ideas for self-love practices, my favourite healing ideas for connecting with nature and letting nature support your health and healing, or ways to nourish your body through intuitive movement, mindful eating, and deepening your connection with yourself for healthier living.
