An Invitation to Shift…

Since I began sharing my insights and thoughts on LinkedIn, I’ve noticed…

More people search than connect.

More people view profiles than engage.

More people read than express.

Visibility is driven by timing (so “timing the timing” seems like madness to me…).

Engagement drives visibility.

And then you end up buried by countless of other posts anyway…

And it got me thinking:

In a space designed for connection… is this what “connection” is supposed to look like?

So after pouring my heart into writing and sharing on LinkedIn, I’m moving my writings to a dedicated space called Conscious Leadership — a space I’ve created to bring more meaning into sharing, expressing, and building connection through intentional reading.

I’ve chosen not to be part of the algorithm game, because that’s never been my why.

If anything I’ve shared so far has resonated with you — or if you’re among those who read, search, or explore (even anonymously or quietly) — then I’m deeply grateful.

Because that means something sparked — whether it’s curiosity or relevance.
